What Is The P.I.T.?
The P.I.T. stands for Personal Identity Theft.
It happens slowly. Quietly. Through expectations, disappointment, comparison, survival, responsibility, and seasons where everyone else needed something from you.
Until one day you wonder,
“Where did I go?”
At the Get Out of the P.I.T. Retreat, we help you to recognize, rebuild and rise - not by becoming someone new, but by remembering who you were created to be.
You were made for more than just surviving—are you ready to thrive?
THE GET OUT OF THE P.I.T. RETREAT
is a retreat for the one who has poured into everyone else… and is ready to find herself again.
You are not broken.
You are not too far gone.
And you have not lost yourself forever.
You may have simply spent so many years being the wife, mom, employee, leader, helper, fixer, and strong one… that somewhere along the way, you stopped hearing your own voice.
This retreat is your pause.
Your breath.
Your invitation to come home to yourself.
What is the Get Out of The P.I.T. retreat?
It is a transformational weekend where women rediscover who they are, release who they are not, and leave with the clarity, confidence, and courage to live the life they were created to live.
Day 1: Recognizing the P.I.T.
We will explore how Personal Identity Theft (P.I.T.) occurs, how it quietly steals pieces of who we are over time, and where it may have shown up in your own story. Through reflection, discussion, and guided exercises, you will begin identifying the expectations, labels, and roles that have shaped your life and perhaps overshadowed your true identity.
Day 2: Remembering and Reclaiming
Throughout the day, you'll reconnect with who you are apart from your responsibilities, achievements, relationships, and wounds. You'll begin remembering the dreams, strengths, passions, and gifts that may have been buried beneath years of serving everyone else.
You'll also have opportunities to release what no longer belongs in your life—guilt, shame, comparison, fear, perfectionism, and limiting beliefs that have kept you stuck.
As the day progresses, you'll begin rebuilding trust in yourself, finding your voice again, and learning how to create healthy boundaries that honor both yourself and the people you love.
Day 3: Rising
This day is about moving forward.
The goal is not to leave inspired and return home unchanged. The goal is to leave with a clear vision for what comes next.
You'll learn how to take everything you've discovered and apply it to everyday.
You'll leave with renewed confidence, a clear direction, and tools to continue your growth journey.
This retreat is for you if you....
- Feel emotionally exhausted or disconnected
- Have lost yourself in roles and responsibilities
- Are navigating transition, burnout, grief, or change
- Want deeper healing, clarity, and personal growth
- Desire connection with other women who understand
You do not need to have everything figured out to attend.

I AM REBECCA JANE
In late 2025, I looked in the mirror and came to a hard realization. I didn't know who the person was staring back at me. She looked exhausted and checked-out. She was busy everyday, but wasn't getting a whole lot accomplished. She was smiling but felt empty inside. She felt guilty because she had so much, but she longed for something more.
That is how Rebecca Jane was born. I was trying to live my life through others' purpose.
Somewhere between caring for everyone else and carrying all the responsibilities life brings, I lost touch with parts of myself.
So come with me on this journey of rediscovery. A journey back to who we were created to be. My prayer is that along the way, you'll find the courage to embrace yourself again, trust your voice, and remember this truth: You are fearfully and wonderfully made. You have purpose. You have value. And your story is far from over.
